Return and exchange policy

Returns or exchanges can be requested within 3 days of receiving the product if:

• There is a manufacturing defect.

• Receiving a product that does not match the order.

Terms and Conditions:

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

• Images illustrating the problem are sent via WhatsApp for verification.

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

• Use of the product or damage to the packaging.

• The specified return period has expired.

If approved, the replacement or refund will be processed within 7–14 business days.
