Return & Exchange Policy

Returns or exchanges may be requested within 3 days of receiving the product in the following cases:
• Manufacturing defects.
• Incorrect item received.

Conditions:
• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Clear photos must be sent via WhatsApp for verification.

Returns are not accepted if:
• The product has been used or damaged.
• The return period has expired.

Approved refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7–14 business days.
